Professionally:

I am a Report Writer, Tableau Dashboard Developer, Problem Solver, and Data Wizard living in Seattle Washington.

I consistently produce stellar reports and meaningful business intelligence presentations. My audience is most often Senior Vice Presidents, department heads and high-level management. I am the expert other organizational leaders turn to when they need the right data to the right people, particularly when operating on a tight turnaround. What’s more, developing interactive and understandable dashboards is a passion of mine. I revel in moving data beyond numbers and transforming it into a compelling story, thereby empowering team members to make informed mission-critical business decisions.

I’m a quick learner who independently masters new technologies, and I perform equally well in both team and self-directed settings. There isn’t a computer system or tool I can’t learn. I thrive as a leader in a fast-paced environment where innovation and quick problem solving skills are required. My colleagues regularly praise me for communicating effectively with both technical and nontechnical users and I have a reputation for excellent problem-solving skills and the necessary patience required when dealing with difficult and complex situations.

In my current role I often act as an information conduit between upper management, IT team members and customers to ensure all organizational needs are understood and met in a timely fashion. I am constantly looking for ways to improve upon current processes and procedures, collaborating with other teams and departments to deliver high quality metrics and data analytics.

Personally:

I am a Daughter, Grand Daughter, Big Sister, Favorite Auntie, Best Friend, Life-Partner and Grown-up Play Mate. I am loud and fun and full of laughs. I believe that the culture that we work in matters just as much as the work that we do. I strive to bring laughter and enthusiasm into all areas of my life.

I called and spoke with her and she took the time to go over the Provider SER record, go over screenshots of the addressed pre-arrival, and give some feedback. Cassandra also offered to talk with the caller herself if he has any questions. I usually cringe at admitting tickets when I get them, but Cassandra made this one easy. Amazing!"
